Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 28 August 2026. We aim to sort refund requests quickly and fairly.
14-day cooling-off period
If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment and we have not yet completed the service for you, you can cancel for a full refund. Just email us with your vehicle registration.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel the £17.50 monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops all future payments from the next billing date. Payments already taken for a completed month are not usually refunded.
Six-month one-off payment
Six-month payments can be refunded in full within the 14-day cooling-off period. After that we may refund a pro-rata amount for whole unused months at our discretion.
Incorrect or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will refund the difference in full — usually within two working days.
Money paid to the DVLA
Our fees cover our own service only. Vehicle tax paid to the DVLA is refunded by the DVLA, automatically, when you tell them the vehicle has been sold, scrapped or declared SORN.
How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the original card via Stripe. Your bank usually shows the money within 5–10 working days.
